Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by the City Golf Club Inc. to provide town planning assistance associated with an extension to their clubhouse building. The development included five stages and comprised an extension and upgrade of the existing club facilities. Ongoing assistance was provided which included the preparation of a subsequent Change Application to facilitate amendments to the approved development.
